Sunshine nonwoven company is reliable manufacturer of 100%pp spunbond nonwoven fabric.

Today( May.08th ) Miss Chen from HQTS the third inspection company which inform by our client from Brazil come to our sunshine company to implement a plant evaluation relating to the production and quality management .  They inspection from follow item:

1. Company history, main products, total area in square meter, main countries or areas to export

2.Organization Diagram and Manpower

3.Workshops and main working procedure

4.Production flow

5.Main production machines/equipments and Inspection & Testing equipments

6.Working time

7.Files like Business License ,Certificate of Organization Code.Tax Registration Certificate,Manage System Documents such as Management manual and procedure files,The documents related to production and technical such as the product specification, work instruction ,The documents related to quality control such as inspection standards,Account Opening License,Export License etc.

It is inspection from 9:00 am to 16:30pm, take around 8hours. Miss Chen ask many information and take photoes, then do report to the client.
