Service Introduction

The appointment installation service refers to the goods that the merchant promises to store the "pre-installation" service in the store when the consumer purchases the home-made main material on the Tmall platform, such as the detailed installation address that the consumer fills in when purchasing the product (hereinafter collectively referred to as The "installation address") provides the consumer with a special service for the appointment installation in the area where the merchant promises to provide the home installation.

Consumer Protection

If the merchant does not provide on-site installation services, the buyer must pay 30,000 Tmall points to the buyer.

If the merchant does not provide on-time installation services, the buyer must pay 5,000 Tmall points to the buyer.

Service Introduction

The three-year warranty service means that the merchant promises that when the consumer purchases the goods containing the “three-year warranty” service in the store, if the product has quality problems within three years, the merchant will make provisions according to the actual failure of the product. Provide repair or replenishment of spare parts or replacement of new products to consumers in time to ensure that consumers can use the additional services of the goods again, or compensate consumers for additional services of certain quality assurance funds. The service fee is determined by the merchant and the consumer and must be agreed upon.

Consumer Protection

If the merchant should provide but not provide and/or fail to provide the three-year warranty service within the specified time, it shall pay the consumer in the manner of issuing Tmall Points, and issue the number of Tmall Points (a) = the actual transaction amount of the commodity (yuan) ) * 15 (number / yuan) (maximum of no more than 100,000 points).
